We are looking for a passionate and skilled IoT / PLC / Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial automation, embedded programming, IoT solutions, control panel design, and LabVIEW-based testing/monitoring systems. This role requires strong problem-solving ability and expertise in integrating hardware and software for industrial and R&D applications.
Key Responsibilities
- IoT Development & Integration
- Design and implement IoT solutions for industrial automation and smart systems.
- Work with protocols such as MQTT, Modbus, OPC-UA, and REST APIs.
- Cloud integration (Azure/AWS/Private) for real-time data monitoring.
- PLC Programming & Automation
- Develop, test, and deploy PLC logic for automation projects.
- Work on ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text programming.
- Troubleshoot and optimize PLC-controlled systems.
- LabVIEW Development
- Build test automation, HMI dashboards, and control systems using LabVIEW.
- Interface LabVIEW applications with sensors, DAQs, and PLCs.
- Perform data acquisition, logging, and analysis.
- Embedded Systems
- Develop firmware for microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, Arduino, STM32, ESP32, etc.).
- Work on communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).
- Optimize code for performance and reliability.
- Panel Design & Electrical Integration
- Design electrical/control panels for industrial automation.
- Prepare wiring diagrams, layouts, and BOMs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in IoT, PLC, Embedded, or Automation projects.
- Strong knowledge of industrial protocols and sensors.
- Hands-on experience in LabVIEW, PLC programming (Siemens/Allen Bradley/Mitsubishi/Delta/etc.).
- Experience in embedded firmware development (C/C++, Python, RTOS).
- Familiarity with SCADA/HMI design is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience (Good to Have)
- Cloud platforms: Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, ThingsBoard.
- Knowledge of AI/ML for predictive maintenance.
- Exposure to Industrial 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing.
- Certification in LabVIEW CLAD/CLD or PLC vendor certifications.
