About The Role
We're looking for an experienced
IP Lawyer
to lead and strengthen our global Intellectual Property (IP) program across
trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and domains
.
In this senior role, youll define IP strategy, manage registrations, enforce rights, and resolve disputes to ensure the companys most valuable assets are fully protected and monetized worldwide.
What You'll Do

Develop and execute annual IP filing and renewal strategies by region and asset type.

Oversee searches, filings, and examiner actions across territories, ensuring a 90% registration success rate.

Lead enforcement activitiesoppositions, takedowns, DMCA, UDRP/URS, and litigationwhile managing external counsel.

Draft and negotiate IP clauses in commercial, licensing, and tech agreements.

Guide internal teams on proper IP usage and brand compliance.

Monitor and act on infringements across digital channels and platforms.

Maintain an auditready IP docket and deliver concise performance reports to leadership.

Mentor IP specialists and continuously improve processes to increase speed and cost efficiency.
Who You Are
-
LL.B./J.D. with an active law license in at least one jurisdiction.

7+ years of handson experience in IP protection, enforcement, and portfolio management.

Strong record in brand protection, domain recovery, and contested proceedings.

Skilled in contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Fluent in English; knowledge of an Asian or EU language is a plus.

Proficient in IP management tools (e.g. Corsearch, MarkMonitor, Red Points) and Excel/Google Sheets.
