IPD Coordination: Job Description

· 1. Looking after hospitality services, Patient Counseling, Taking IPD Rounds.

2. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments.

3. Manage patient flow, wait times, and room allocation.

4. Maintain accurate records and reports.

5. IPD Consultant relationship management.

6. Verification of IPD Billing.

7. Planning the operating schedule for IPD clinics, physician schedules, and OPD closures.

Customer Care ;

1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors.

2. Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback.

3. Offer guidance on hospital services, policies, and procedures.

4. Ensure patient satisfaction and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
