IP/OP Billing Executive Billing Executive

We are hiring Billing Executives for a healthcare facility in Bachupally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should have solid experience in hospital billing processes and the ability to handle billing operations accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage OP and IP billing activities accurately.
• Handle cash and credit billing as per hospital protocols.
• Enter billing data into the hospital billing system without errors.
• Explain billing details clearly to patients and attendants.
• Coordinate with insurance and TPA teams for billing-related queries.
• Maintain patient billing records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.
• Report billing status and discrepancies to the department head.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospital billing.
• Strong knowledge of OP/IP billing processes.
• Familiarity with hospital billing software and MS Office.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
