Position: Real Estate Off-Plan Sales Agent (Iranian/Persian Speaker)

We are a dynamic and expanding real estate company in Dubai, partnering with leading developers across the UAE. Our focus is on off-plan property sales, and we’re now looking to bring on board a Persian-speaking sales professional to strengthen our growing team.

Your Role :

• Present and sell off-plan real estate projects to clients
• Build long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and developers
• Guide clients with professional property advice and market insights
• Attend property launches, viewings, and industry events
• Keep up with new projects, pricing, and market updates
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets

What We’re Looking For :

• Solid background in real estate sales (experience in off-plan is an advantage)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Fluency in Persian (Farsi) and English is mandatory; additional languages are beneficial
• Confident and well-presented personality
