IS EPIC- Cadence, Prelude and Referrals Analyst

Job Summary = Cadence, Prelude and Referrals Analyst will understand the operational practice of scheduling and payer authorization, including nuances of provider schedules within the organization, scheduling practices for certain types of visits, and how these practices relate to the medical record flow for appointments. Must have knowledge of areas that integrate with Cadence, including check-in, registration, benefits, referrals, PCP assignment and orders. This analyst will design, develop, implementation, manage, test, train, and support information systems and various applications. The analyst will demonstrate ability to review, analyze, and provide resolution or recommendations for complex issues. They will require minimal oversight in their assigned day-to-day responsibilities.

High School Diploma/GED Required

Associates/Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

3+ years of experience in Patient Registration, Scheduling or Patient Referral required.

EPIC Certification will be required in the time frame as determined by the Chief Information Officer.
