We are seeking a skilled and experienced ISBM Production Engineer to oversee and optimize the Injection Stretch Blow Molding operations for our plastic packaging production line. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient machine operation, maintain high product quality, reduce downtime, and support continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor ISBM machines (preferably ASB, Sidel, Nissei, or equivalent).
- Optimize molding parameters to ensure quality output and minimal material wastage.
- Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot process and machine issues with minimal downtime.
- Implement preventive and breakdown maintenance in coordination with the maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and customer specifications.
- Maintain production documentation, including shift reports, machine logs, and process records.
- Support in mold changeovers, machine setup, and trial runs for new developments.
- Train operators and junior technicians on best practices, safety, and machine handling.
- Monitor and analyze production KPIs (efficiency, rejection rate, downtime, etc.).
- Collaborate with QA, R&D, and maintenance teams for continuous improvement.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the production floor.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of ISBM process and machinery
- Hands-on experience with mold setting and parameter optimization
- Understanding of plastic resins (especially PET, PP, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma principles (preferred)
- Ability to read technical drawings and machine manuals
- Good team coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required
Preferred Experience:
- Worked in a plastic packaging company producing bottles, jars, or containers.
- Experience with ISBM machine brands like Nissei ASB, Sidel, Aoki, or similar.
- Knowledge of automation, robotics, or downstream equipment is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
