Our Islamic Foundation Course is a cornerstone academic offering designed to equip learners with deep, structured, and actionable Islamic knowledge — blending Qur’anic sciences, Prophetic methodology, Hadith studies, Arabic language foundations, and intellectual engagement with contemporary challenges.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Islamic Foundation Academic Lead to shape and elevate our foundational Islamic studies programming. As the academic lead, you will drive curriculum excellence, maintain scholarly integrity, and ensure pedagogical alignment with our mission to produce confident, informed, and principled learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and refinement of the Islamic Foundation Course curriculum and supplementary materials.

Mentor and support faculty in delivering high-quality, engaging online instruction.

Ensure course content reflects authentic Islamic scholarship while remaining accessible and relevant for learners worldwide.

Collaborate with instructional design teams to enhance course delivery, evaluation mechanisms, and student outcomes.

Oversee academic assessments, reading lists, and approved source texts to uphold rigorous standards.

Represent the academic vision of the Islamic Foundation Programme in faculty meetings and public communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Deep grounding in Islamic sciences (Tafseer, Hadith, Seerah, Usul al-Fiqh, Arabic linguistics).

Proven experience in curriculum development and online education environments.

Strong communication and leadership skills with commitment to academic excellence.

Ability to integrate classical scholarship with contemporary intellectual frameworks.

Experience in mentoring or training educators is an advantage.
