Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized female professional to manage ISO documentation, internal audits, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with ISO standards, conduct internal audits, and handle core HR functions including recruitment, employee records, and policy implementation.
ISO & Compliance:
- Maintain and update ISO documentation, policies, and procedures
- Ensure company compliance with applicable ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Coordinate external and internal ISO audits
- Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions
- Conduct internal training related to ISO standards
Internal Audit:
- Plan and execute internal audits across departments
- Identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement
- Prepare audit findings and recommendations
- Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage recruitment process (job postings, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
- Assist in performance management processes
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Support employee engagement and workplace discipline

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
