IT / Admin

1. Google Workspace Administration

Manage and maintain Google Workspace accounts (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.)

Create, configure, and support user accounts and permissions

Ensure data security, backups, and compliance

Troubleshoot user issues and provide technical support

2. Domain & Hosting Management

Manage domain registrations, renewals, and DNS configurations

Coordinate with hosting providers for website and email services

Monitor uptime and resolve domain-related issues

3. Google Business & Social Media Handling

Manage and update Google Business Profile listings

Handle company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Plan and execute digital promotions and campaigns

Monitor engagement and generate performance reports

4. Networking & IT Infrastructure

Install, configure, and maintain network systems (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)

Monitor network performance and security

Troubleshoot connectivity issues across offices and branches

5. Hardware & Surveillance Systems

Install and maintain IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers)

Manage CCTV/IP camera systems and ensure proper functioning

Support IP telephony systems (VoIP setup and troubleshooting)

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades

6. IT Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Assist in selecting and purchasing IT equipment and software

Coordinate with vendors for quotations, delivery, and support

Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses

7. Training & Support

Provide basic IT training to staff on systems and tools

Mentor employees on the effective use of Google Workspace and other tools

Document IT procedures and user guides
