IT Administrator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced IT Administrators to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, focusing on system performance, availability, and security. Responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware, networks, surveillance systems, and ERP platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365, providing end-user support, managing IT assets, and supporting IT policies and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and system software.

● Provide ongoing maintenance and support for IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

● Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.

● Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related problems.

● Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and group policies.

● Administer and support Microsoft 365 and other cloud-based productivity tools.

● Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV and surveillance systems (IP cameras, NVRs, remote access, etc.).

● Support and maintain retail IT infrastructure, including POS systems and store networks.

● Assist in the deployment, configuration, and support of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.

● Ensure regular data backups and test disaster recovery procedures.

● Maintain IT security systems including antivirus, firewalls, and patch management.

● Liaise with vendors for procurement, support, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.

● Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

● Contribute to IT-related projects such as system upgrades, software rollouts, and infrastructure migrations.

Required Qualifications:

► Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

► 2–4 years of experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or in a similar technical support role.

► Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and system administration.

► Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud services.

► Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).

► Practical experience installing and troubleshooting CCTV/surveillance systems.

► Good understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

► Strong problem-solving abilities with effective communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
