Position Overview
The IT Administrator plays a key role in supporting and maintaining the IT systems and infrastructure essential to business operations. This position involves managing IT tickets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient communication between the IT department and other teams. The IT Administrator will also be responsible for the monitoring, upkeep, and procurement of IT hardware and tools, contributing to the seamless functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Manage IT support tickets by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Monitor and maintain IT tools and systems to ensure operational reliability and uptime.

Act as a liaison between the IT department and other business units to address and resolve technology-related needs.

Assist in procuring, tracking, and supervising IT hardware assets.

Provide regular updates and reports to the IT Director on assigned responsibilities and tasks.

Proven ability to work independently after initial training, with regular check-ins to update the IT Director.

Compensation

$58,500 annually
