A leading Company in Tobacco industry is seeking a IT Application Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications that support the business objectives. The role involves managing application lifecycle processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s software systems.

This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive projects to completion, while maintaining a focus on improving efficiency and reducing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the deployment, maintenance, and support of business applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to ensure application functionality and performance.
• Lead application development projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Develop and enforce application management processes and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improved workflows.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and end-users.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in application management or a related IT managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, software development lifecycle, and IT service management.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with vendors.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business applications is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
• SAP modules " SD, PP, HCM, FICO, and PM."
• Experience in project implementation.
