Location: The Big Buy, Abbas Town, Karachi

The Big Buy Superstore is looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant IT Officer to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in IT support and a passion for technology, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support across all store departments.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems.
• Manage internet cabling, LAN connections, and network setup.
• Install and configure Windows, software, and drivers.
• Troubleshoot printer issues, including hardware and connectivity.
• Ensure smooth running of CCTV.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting for IT-related equipment.
• Maintain records of IT assets and assist in new setups.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Assistant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cabling, and computer hardware.
• Qualification: Intermediate or above (Diploma in IT preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and solve technical issues quickly.

Salary Range: Rs. 25,000 – 35,000 (depending on experience)
