We are a leading Property Management Company committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients and tenants. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Assistant to join our team and support our internal staff with their technical needs.

The IT Assistant provides front-line technical support to company personnel, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The role includes troubleshooting, configuring devices, managing assets, and maintaining IT systems and documentation. This position is crucial to maintaining a productive and secure working environment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical support via phone, email, in-person, and ticketing system.
  • Respond to support requests in a timely manner and escalate unresolved incidents as appropriate.
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Deploy computers and devices according to standard operating procedure.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory and asset records of all IT hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office 365, networking, and other common IT platforms.
  • Support and resolve issues with AV equipment and conference room technology.
  • Diagnose hardware/software issues and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.
  • Maintain and update internal knowledge base and documentation.
  • Manage user accounts and access controls across various systems and applications.
  • Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and enforce security policies.
  • Assist with IT-related projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or Help Desk role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Working knowledge of:

Microsoft Office 365 Suite

Windows OS and Active Directory

Basic networking principles

Desktop and peripheral hardware support

  • Understanding of data privacy, security protocols, and best practices.
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment, including computers and monitors.
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are a plus.
