IT Assistant

This role demands a hands-on, proactive technician with strong multi-domain expertise, capable of supporting a dynamic real estate and enterprise IT environment. The ideal candidate must be technically versatile, pressure-resilient, and committed to operational excellence.

Networking & Infrastructure

· Full structured cabling: termination, patching, testing, dressing, and server rack arrangements

· Strong knowledge of switching, routing, VLAN, VPN, WAN, LAN, subnetting, IP addressing (IPv4 & IPv6), remote desktop

· Wireless Access Point (AP) configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting

· Fiber cabling (single/multi-mode), SFP module handling, and PoE switch management

· Network services: FTP, SMB, printer sharing, and file access protocols

· Ability to document and maintain cable layouts and network topology

Hardware & Operating Systems

· Installation and upgrade of Windows OS (Windows 7 and above) and Windows Server (2008 and above)

· Hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and issue resolution across desktops, laptops, and peripherals

· BIOS/UEFI configuration, driver updates, and performance tuning

· Printer and scanner setup, sharing, and troubleshooting,

· UPS management (replacing Battery, troubleshooting)

Access Control & ELV Systems

· Installation and configuration of door access systems and biometric machines

· Strong understanding of ELV systems (Access Control, CCTV, cabling, power integration)

· Coordination with tenants for access control and wireless AP management

CCTV & Surveillance

· Installation and configuration of NVRs, IP cameras, and ANPR systems

· Experience with camera placement, retention settings, remote access, and failover design

· Troubleshooting and coordination with tenants for CCTV issues

Server & Domain Management

· Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, FTP, and domain controller setup

· Azure hybrid environment experience (identity sync, cloud backup, policy management)

· Basic PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting

· Physical and virtual servers (Hyper-V/VMware)

Microsoft 365 & Productivity Tools

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite: Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Forms, Power Automate, Excel, Word

· Cloud sync and collaboration support for office users

· License management and user provisioning

Security & Risk Management

· ESET Endpoint Security: deployment, policy configuration, and centralized management

· Risk identification and mitigation across endpoints and network assets

· Power management and UPS monitoring for critical systems

Asset & Backup Management

· IT asset lifecycle tracking: tagging, inventory, disposal

· Backup scheduling: daily, weekly, monthly (local NAS and cloud platforms)

· Restoration testing and documentation of backup procedures

IP Telephony & Communication

· Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IP phones

· Familiarity with VoIP protocols and basic PBX systems

Coordination & Support

· Liaise with developers (Adler, Elixir) for system integration and technical alignment

· Create and manage support tickets for internal and external issues

· Provide onboarding and technical training for new employees

· Coordinate with tenants for IT-related support across real estate sites

· Assist our security guard who working with Patrolling and ID scanners

· Coordinate with ISP providers

· Assist our staffs
