TripWizard.pk is a growing travel-tech platform, and we’re looking for an IT Assistant with hands-on experience in OTA platforms, GDS (Amadeus), and payment gateway integrations.

Role Overview

You will support booking systems, airline and GDS integrations, payment workflows, and technical operations. The role suits candidates with experience in travel agencies, OTAs, or airline systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Support OTA and airline booking platforms

* Assist with GDS integrations and ticketing issues

* Monitor bookings, payments, and transactions

* Coordinate with IPGs for settlements, chargebacks, and issue resolution

* Manage system access, user roles, and configurations

Requirements

* 1–3 years experience in travel-tech or OTA environment

* Understanding of booking workflows and payment gateways

* Basic knowledge of Amadeus GDS

* Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
