IT Business Analyst - Karachi

Role: IT Business Analyst

Location: Karachi Head Office

Purpose:

This position will be responsible for managing Pakistan technical application landscape which covers applications mentioned but not specific to Appendix.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Deployment & Adoption

• Execute end-to-end deployment of new IT products and solutions.
• Drive local configurations and data integration.
• Support product adoption and benefit realization in collaboration with business teams.
  
  
  

2. Business Partnering

• Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to align IT plans.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
• Provide technical inputs to product teams and suppliers based on market needs.
  
  
  

3. Innovation Activation

• Support activation of global IT innovation and service line programs.
• Manage local growth projects and ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with service lines to deliver innovation projects.
  
  
  

4. Legacy & Heritage Systems Support

• Provide Level 2/3 support for legacy applications.
• Manage integration activities with global innovation programs.
• Oversee vendor relationships for application management.
• Ensure documentation and playbooks exist for all systems under scope.
  
  
  

5. Continuous Improvement & Change Management

• Identify opportunities for IT service improvement and innovation.
• Support prioritization of market requests and feedback loops.
  
  
  

6. Technical & Analytical Skills

• Utilize data analytics to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Apply system thinking and agile delivery methodologies.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and system architecture understanding.

Programming, Data analysis, System integration, Cloud technologies.

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
