ACE Money Transfer is looking to Hire IT / CCTV Technician.

Technical Support Officer manages, maintains, and repair IT systems. His responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software, whenever needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing, maintaining, and repairing IT systems
• Diagnosing and resolving faults, network issues, and software and hardware problems
• Completing detailed reports of technical assistance requests and solutions
• Acting as the initial point of contact for all computer and IT related concerns
• Assisting management in creating training materials for computer troubleshooting and usage
• Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
• Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware /IT systems
• Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
• Actively update, maintain and monitor all IT systems working in the society
• Oversee installation, working and repair maintenance of Solar System
• Priorities will be given to the Emergency requirements like internet complaints and Network issues
• Ensure Smooth Working of CCTV
• Rectification & Troubleshooting of CCTV
• Weekly Maintenance of CCTV
• Maintain a Monthly Report of Video Surveillance System
• Thumb Impression Device Physical Check-up
• Network Plan & Layout
• Keep Interaction with the ISP Vendors
• Smooth internet Working and Check-up
• Maintain a Record for the Electronics Equipment’s provided to the staff
• Reduce/ Eliminate cost being spend on the vendors for working
• Continuously visit offices and network deployed areas to ensure the physical presence of the provided Electronics items.
  
  

Requirements

• 2 + year experience in relevant field
• CCTV certification and computer experience are required
