Position Overview
The IT / Computer Operator will support our on-site technical infrastructure, digital marketing systems, and analytics workflows. This position requires strong technical ability, a passion for new technology, and a proactive approach to system operations, analytics, and process improvement. You’ll work closely with our leadership, development, and media teams to ensure smooth technical operations, implement efficient systems, and help integrate cutting-edge AI and blockchain tools into our daily workflow.

Responsibilities
● Operate and maintain on-site multi-screen workstation setups and ensure smooth system performance.

● Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows-based environments, hardware, and software.

● Utilize Google Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics to track, maintain, and improve performance metrics.

● Assist with SEO tactics, keyword tracking, and alignment with social media trends.

● Configure and maintain internal systems, automation tools, and AI applications.

● Provide technical assistance for connectivity, workflow automation, and device

configuration.

● Support security, data integrity, and backup systems.

● Collaborate with internal teams to enhance digital campaigns, website management, and analytics.

● Stay up to date on evolving technologies, AI tools, crypto ecosystems, and emerging

tech trends.

Requirements
● Strong familiarity with the Windows Operating System and multi-monitor setups.

● Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

● Working knowledge of SEO, social media optimization, and digital marketing strategies.

● Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, etc.) and adapting to new

software quickly.

● Crypto, blockchain, or Web3 experience is a plus.

● Excellent organizational skills and ability to self-manage tasks.

● Positive, forward-thinking attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

● Programming experience (Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
● Starting Salary: $45,000 per year
