Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Consulting Coordinator to oversee and manage consulting projects, client engagements, and technology advisory services. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to align IT consulting practices with business objectives. The IT Consulting Coordinator will play a key role in guiding project delivery and maintaining WSTech Consulting LLC’s reputation for excellence in IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT consulting projects and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Support technology assessments, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for client engagements.
• Monitor project progress and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to align consulting outcomes.
• Provide support in audits, reviews, and internal assessments related to IT consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT consulting, project coordination, or technology advisory.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, consulting frameworks, and digital transformation practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and IT solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
