Position Overview
The IT Coordinator (Sales Support) acts as a bridge between the IT and Sales teams, ensuring smooth coordination of technical requirements, proposals, and customer solutions. This role involves assisting the sales department with technical documentation, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and post-sales support while ensuring compliance with company IT standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination Support
- Work closely with the IT Sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Coordinate technical documentation, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Assist in gathering and validating client requirements to ensure accurate solution design.
- Support pre-sales activities such as product demos, POCs (proof of concepts), and technical clarifications.
- Ensure timely communication between the technical team and the sales department.
Technical Support & Coordination
- Provide first-level technical support for client inquiries related to solutions being proposed.
- Liaise with vendors, distributors, and partners for pricing, product information, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery tracking, and installation schedules with internal teams.
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts, service-level agreements, and IT sales records.
- Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM or sales tracking systems.
Post-Sales & Client Support
- Assist in project handovers from sales to implementation/technical teams.
- Follow up on client satisfaction, ensuring technical concerns are addressed promptly.
- Monitor warranty, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and renewal schedules with clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT coordination, IT sales support, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and industry trends.
- Experience preparing technical proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
