Are you passionate about technology and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes? We’re looking for an IT Coordinator to provide hands-on support for our hotel’s systems and infrastructure, ensuring that both colleagues and guests enjoy seamless digital experiences.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.

Providing first-line technical support to hotel colleagues, resolving IT issues promptly and professionally.

Coordinating with external vendors and internal IT teams for troubleshooting and system upgrades.

Monitoring system performance and ensuring data security, backups, and compliance with IHG IT standards.

Maintaining an updated inventory of IT equipment and ensuring proper usage and maintenance.

Supporting hotel technology systems such as PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, telephony, and back-office applications.

Assisting with onboarding colleagues by setting up accounts, access rights, and required devices.

What we need from you:

A diploma/degree in Information Technology or related field.

1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality or service-oriented industries.

Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft Office tools.

Familiarity with hotel IT systems (PMS/POS) is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused and service-oriented approach.

Flexibility to support operations during evenings, weekends, or emergencies.
