Job description
- Develop and implement clinical schedules, rotations, and assignments for students/staff.
- Coordinate clinical placements with affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of clinical training sessions.
- Supervise students, trainees, or staff during clinical practice.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Act as a link between the institution, clinical sites, and healthcare professionals.
- Resolve issues between students, faculty, and hospital staff regarding clinical activities.
- Communicate clinical objectives and expectations clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of clinical placements, student evaluations, and patient care activities.
- Prepare reports for faculty, administration, and accrediting bodies.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient and student data.
- Guide and mentor students in clinical skills and professional conduct.
- Organize orientation sessions for students before clinical postings.
- Provide feedback and recommend areas for improvement.
- Ensure all clinical practices comply with institutional, legal, and ethical guidelines.
- Monitor infection control, safety protocols, and patient care standards.
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in curriculum development by aligning clinical training with academic requirements.
- Collaborate with faculty in evaluating student competencies.
- Handle scheduling conflicts and manage clinical resources effectively.
QUALIFICATION:
BSN equivalent degree in relevant fields.
Experience:
1 Year of Teaching Experience in any nursing college with BSN students will be preferred
Valid PNC license.
