Key Responsibilities

  • Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hotel IT systems, including computers, servers, and network equipment.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs with vendors or service providers.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory records and update system documentation regularly.
  • Oversee network security and implement protocols to protect data integrity and privacy.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and passwords following IHG standards and security policies.
  • Provide technical support to hotel staff across departments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain, back up, and recover data in accordance with corporate IT standards.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and other information security standards for payment systems.
  • Collaborate with IHG s corporate IT team for updates, integrations, and technology rollouts.
  • Conduct system audits, report findings, and recommend improvements for better efficiency and safety.
