Core duties

  • Technical support: Provide technical assistance and training to employees, and act as the main point of contact for user support.
  • System maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Performance and troubleshooting: Monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot errors, and perform data restoration and repairs.
  • Security and compliance: Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and industry standards by managing firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and user permissions.
  • Upgrades and licensing: Maintain software licenses and manage hardware and software upgrades.

Project and planning

  • IT projects: Manage or participate in IT-related projects, such as new system rollouts.
  • Planning and purchasing: Assist with planning future IT needs, including researching and purchasing new hardware or software and negotiating with vendors.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of software licenses, warranties, and hardware/software inventories.

Additional responsibilities

  • Training: Train employees on the proper use of technology and new systems.
  • Advising: Provide advice on the most appropriate IT choices for the organization.
  • Collaboration: Work with other team members and departments to maintain functionality and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
