Our client is seeking an experienced IT Digital Business Analyst to support digital initiatives and technology‑driven projects in a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH. This position is ideal for a seasoned business analyst with strong digital and UX project experience who can partner effectively with technical teams and communicate confidently with executive‑level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Analyst supporting digital and technology initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Support digital and UX‑focused project delivery
• Collaborate closely with product, UX, development, and technology teams
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Manage and maintain requirements, user stories, and backlogs in Jira
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
• Communicate project status, risks, and insights to executive leadership
• Support Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience supporting digital and UX‑driven projects
• Strong hands‑on experience using Jira for requirements and backlog management
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive‑level stakeholders
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
