IT & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time IT & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our online presence and digital operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WordPress (Elementor framework), SEO, video editing, and social media management.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple digital tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update WordPress website using Elementor
• Design and optimize landing pages
• Troubleshoot website issues and ensure site performance
• Implement plugins and basic integrations as needed

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Perform on-page SEO optimization (meta tags, keyword placement, internal linking)
• Conduct keyword research
• Improve website rankings and traffic
• Monitor and report on SEO performance

Video Editing

• Edit promotional and social media videos
• Add captions, transitions, music, and branding elements
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

Social Media Management

• Create and schedule engaging posts
• Manage content calendar
• Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments
• Analyze performance metrics and improve strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress and Elementor
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
