Role Overview

The IT & Digital Transformation Lead will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, implementing digital transformation strategies, and ensuring seamless integration of new technologies. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align digital initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations and digital transformation projects across the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies to modernize systems and processes.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
• Oversee cloud migration, ERP systems, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance with regional regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Provide training and support to staff on digital tools and platforms.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management on transformation progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• 6–8 years of experience in IT management and digital transformation roles.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, ERP systems, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with digital strategy, process automation, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: Up to QAR30,000.00 per month
