What You’ll Be Responsible For Business Partnership and Strategic Alignment

Serve as a strategic technology partner to senior leaders across legal, compliance, privacy, ethics, risk, and acquisition-related functions.

Convert business objectives into practical, outcome-focused technology strategies and multi-year roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities.

Lead portfolio-level planning, prioritization, and investment decisions to balance value, risk, and compliance.
Technology Ownership and Delivery

Provide overall ownership for the delivery and performance of enterprise platforms, digital solutions, system integrations, and shared data services.

Champion modern delivery approaches, including product-based and agile or hybrid models, while maintaining high standards for stability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Act as the primary escalation point and accountable leader for technology initiatives within assigned domains.
Financial Management, Capacity, and Planning

Manage technology budgets end to end, including estimates, forecasts, actuals, and ongoing financial performance.

Proactively assess demand and capacity, ensuring teams and resources are appropriately sized to meet current and future needs.

Maintain transparency around costs, timelines, and realized business value.
Vendor and Partner Management

Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with external technology and delivery partners.

Oversee solution validation, effort estimation, commercial terms, and ongoing performance management.

Hold partners accountable for delivery quality, timelines, cost control, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

Define success metrics and track performance across delivery effectiveness, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Drive improvements to processes, tools, and ways of working across cross-functional teams.

Identify and mitigate risks early across complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
People Leadership and Team Development

Lead and mentor a team of technology leaders, managers, and senior practitioners.

Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, learning, and results-oriented execution.

Evolve team structures and capabilities in support of both near-term delivery and long-term strategy.
Required Qualifications
-
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale technology portfolios supporting corporate, regulated, or risk-sensitive functions such as legal, compliance, privacy, ethics, risk, or mergers and acquisitions.

Strong background in aligning technology strategy with business priorities and engaging senior executive stakeholders.

Proven success managing complex vendor landscapes and outsourced or blended delivery models.

Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking return on investment.

A modern leadership approach with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
-
Ability to influence decisions and outcomes without direct authority.

At least 12 years of progressive IT experience within large or mid-sized multinational organizations in highly regulated industries.
Preferred Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced business education.

Familiarity with legal operations, privacy programs, and ethics or compliance functions.

Experience defining technology strategy and gaining alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Strong organizational and governance skills spanning programs, projects, and portfolio oversight.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures, disciplines, and global teams.

Formal training or certification in project or program management.

Broad understanding of enterprise technologies used by internal teams, partners, and external customers.
