IT Domain Hosting Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and domain-related settings.
• Maintain DNS servers and configurations.
• Deploy, configure, monitor, and maintain web hosting servers.
• Install, renew, and manage SSL / TLS certificates; ensure HTTPS best practices.
• Handle migrations of hosting accounts, websites, and email between servers or providers with minimal downtime.
• Monitor server health, performance metrics, and resources (CPU, RAM, disk, I/O etc.).
• Ensure backups are done regularly (automated and manual as needed) and restore from backups when required.
• Troubleshoot domain, DNS, hosting, web/email server, and SSL issues.
• Maintain documentation of hosting environments, configurations, and processes.
• Enforce security best practices: patch management, firewall, malware detection, intrusion prevention, etc.
• Provide internal support (via tickets, phone, chat) for domain/hosting issues.
• Assist with developing processes, tools, or automation to improve hosting service reliability.

Requirements / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (1 to 1.5 years) managing web hosting, domain registration, DNS, etc.
• Strong knowledge of server operating systems.
• Experience with hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk, WHM, or equivalent).
• Good skills in troubleshooting, system monitoring, and log analysis.
• Good communication skills, able to explain technical issues simply to non-technical clients or team members.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle emergencies/uptimes, and occasional on-call responsibilities.

Shift: Night - 9 pm to 6 am or 7 pm to 4 am.

Location: DHA, Phase 6.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
