What you´ll do

• Provide first-level end-user support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, mobile devices, and related IT equipment
• Manage and maintain accurate IT inventory records, including hardware and network assets
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets efficiently, ensuring high service quality
• Support Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook (O365), Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and video conferencing systems (MTR)
• Perform basic LAN troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when required
• Maintain and update network documentation, inventory, and diagrams
• Create and maintain clear user manuals, guides, and technical documentation
• Support system engineering activities related to network and data center operations

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including O365, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Digitalization-driven mindset with an interest in modern IT solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
