IT Helpdesk Specialist

Total Salary: 2000-3000 SAR(Inclusive of Accommodation and Transport)

Role Overview: We are looking for an IT support professional to maintain our office systems, network, and provide technical assistance to our recruitment and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and printers.
• Provide first-level support to employees for network and system issues.
• Troubleshoot email, internet connectivity, and recruitment software issues.
• Manage user accounts and data backups.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Good command of English (technical).
• Based in Dammam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
