Job Summary

Full Cart Group is looking for a skilled and proactive IT & E-Commerce Support Executive to manage our online platforms, including InstaShop, Talabat, and WhatsApp Business application, while providing technical support for office hardware and handling customer-related digital issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions on InstaShop and Talabat.
  • Handle and respond to customer queries and complaints through WhatsApp Business and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor and improve customer ratings and Google reviews, ensuring positive brand reputation.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain office hardware such as printers, computers, and network devices.
  • Coordinate with vendors or technical teams for repair and maintenance as required.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of all IT-related activities across the company.
  • Provide support for any system or application-related issues faced by the team.
  • Generate regular reports on online sales performance, system status, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE in IT or e-commerce support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of online food delivery platforms (InstaShop, Talabat).
  • Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and network systems.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
