Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and Improve overall IT operations
• Providing end-to-end IT solutions to end users.
• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, the Internet, and intranet systems and attend to hardware/software/network issues.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Backup of user’s data / Machine software data (Barcode / HRMS) / CCTV and Management’s personal data follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT administration.
• Should have Information Technology, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platforms, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
