About Us:
We are a leading construction and contracting company specializing in [roads, pipelines, oil & gas, and general contracting]. To support our growing operations, we are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to manage and maintain our hardware and software systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, and networking systems.
• Provide software support including troubleshooting, upgrades, and license management.
• Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure at office and construction sites.
• Implement data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
• Support ERP, project management tools, and construction-related applications.
• Monitor and optimize network performance.
• Provide technical support and training to staff.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support (preferably in the construction or contracting industry).
• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows/Linux systems.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and ERP/CRM tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
