IT Engineer II

You will report directly to our IT Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall performance and security of our IT systems, ensuring that they meet the needs of our users while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT engineering or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security protocols.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud computing platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools to enhance IT operations.
