IT / ERP Consultant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT cum ERP Consultant to manage and support our IT infrastructure and ERP system. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and experience in ERP implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network systems).
• Administer and support ERP systems (implementation, customization, troubleshooting).
• Coordinate ERP migration, upgrades, and integrations.
• Provide user training and technical support to staff.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
• Generate reports and assist management with system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum [3–5] years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo / SAP / Zoho / Oracle, etc.).
• Experience in system implementation and data migration.
• Good understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
