IT & ERP Specialist

Position Title: IT & ERP Technical Support

Location: Abu Dhabi – Khalidiya

Employment Type: Full-Time (1 day off per week)

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced IT & ERP Technical Support professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in ERP, networking, hardware configuration, and IT systems administration, along with hands-on experience in managing Cisco networking systems.

Candidates with prior experience in Tawjeeh, Tasheel, Tadbeer, or any government transaction company will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and day-to-day IT & ERP support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco systems preferred).
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.
• Manage ERP systems, CCTV systems, and operating systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and support company IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network equipment.
• Ensure data protection and network security through the implementation of security tools and firewall configurations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system updates.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and access control records.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of IT-related concerns.
• Should know who to use ERP system

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in IT technical support or network administration.
• Strong knowledge of network configuration, hardware setup, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience in Cisco networking systems is mandatory.
• Good understanding of CCTV systems, ERP platforms, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and IT operations.
• Familiarity with IT security tools, firewalls, and data protection standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• ERP Axis Pro knowledge and experience is preferred.
