Job Description: IT End User Support Specialist
Al Tanmyah, a leading facilities management company, is seeking an experienced and dedicated IT End User Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be based at a client site, Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB), and is responsible for providing high-quality technical support to DIB's employees. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem-solver with excellent communication skills, especially in Arabic, to ensure a seamless and efficient IT experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-level technical support to end-users for a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues, responding promptly to support requests via phone, email, or a ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, including issues related to desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, internal banking software).
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
* Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory and other relevant systems.
* Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate Level 2 or Level 3 support teams, and follow up to ensure a timely resolution.
* Document all support requests, including the problem-solving process and final resolution, in the IT service management (ITSM) ticketing system.
* Create and update knowledge base articles and self-help guides to assist end-users and the support team.
* Provide basic IT training and guidance to users on new software, hardware, and IT best practices.
* Assist with the technology aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and access provisioning/revocation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in an IT support, technical support, or help desk role.
* Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
* Experience with remote support tools and ITSM ticketing systems.
* Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
* A strong customer service orientation and the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple, clear terms.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation.
* Experience working in the banking or financial services sector.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
