Job Description: IT Executive

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, software systems, and day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and basic networking, with the ability to provide timely IT support to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals
• Manage and support operating systems (Windows) and office software (MS Office)
• Troubleshoot software, system, and connectivity issues
• Maintain and update company software, antivirus, and data backup systems
• Handle user accounts, system access, and basic IT security controls
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repair and software support
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation
• Ensure smooth functioning of internet, email, and internal systems
• Support implementation of new software and IT solutions

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, IP addressing)
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (CPU, printers, scanners)
• Familiarity with antivirus, data backup, and system security
• Experience with ERP, POS, or accounting software will be a plus
• Basic knowledge of remote support tools

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience as an IT Executive or IT Support role
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
