IT Executive

Looking for IT Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain IT infrastructure, including operating systems, Printer installation, applications, email support, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems.

Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.

Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.

Monitor servers and data backups on daily routine.

Handle IT tasks, systems administration & maintain Helpdesk.

Ensure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.

Perform system upgrades following new releases.

Work Location: In person
