Location: Foster City, CA (In-person, 3 days per week)
Duration: 10 weeks (Start date 4/6/2026)
Hours: ~24 hours per week
Compensation: $18.0 per hour

About the Internship

This internship is designed for those pursuing IT degrees or who are interested in IT who want real-world, hands-on experience in both field and remote technical support. Over 10 weeks, you’ll participate in our structured training program and work directly with three senior engineers. You’ll gain exposure to the tools, systems, and client interactions that make a modern MSP operate.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Learn how to set up and configure computers for client deployments
• Work with industry tools like RMM, endpoint protection, cybersecurity awareness training, BCDR, SaaS backup, VoIP, M365, Google Workspace, email security, and password management solutions
• Learn networking fundamentals and server maintenance
• Shadow a mix of onsite and remote support (roughly 75/25)
• Shadow senior engineers during client visits and internal projects
• Develop troubleshooting skills and learn how MSPs deliver managed IT services

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or have a high interest in IT
• Basic understanding of networking and Windows troubleshooting
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Eagerness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Access to reliable transportation for client site visits
