Key Roles:

Assist in setting the IT HUB / IT centers project s budget and obtain the necessary approvals and monitor cost spent against approval budget

Develop Analysis and understanding of the IT HUB / IT centers respective business functions requirements

May Participate in identifying and selecting IT systems to meet functions needs

Proactively identify and escalate risks/ issues to Sr. Application Management Head
-
Monitor cost spent against approved budgets
-
Identify and manage the dependencies in the project to optimize utilization of available resources and tools
-
Ensure that the IT projects complies with the SDLC & PM processes quality perspectives.

Participate in the vendor evaluation process
-
Monitor and report to concerned authorities on the project s progress

Provide support and expertise with respect to the implementation of the IT project

Advise on the project delivery risk mitigation approaches
-
Mentor and train IT HUB application management team members to assist them in reaching their goals
-
Adhere and comply with all IT P&Ps, actively work towards closure of all related audit findings.

Plans, organizes, administers, reviews and evaluates the work of subordinate professional, technical, support and operational deliverables.

Vendor management.

Participate in budgeting exercise for Information Technology Department.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Graduate degree in Computer science / Computer engineering from a recognized university with professional certificate in project management
Experience:
-
Over 5 years in managing IT projects with a large & reputable IT vendor / financial institution or multinational company, and over 15 years overall IT experience

Diversified IT technical background

Established project management & decision making skills with proven ability to oversee and manage staff

Proven leadership skills
-
Ability to deliver within allocated resources and deadlines

Good know how of the banks overall architecture and infrastructure.

Deep know in banking business and the related IT systems Management Capabilities: excellent analytical and problem solving, conflict resolution, communication and inter-personal and negotiation skills.
