Yama Engineering Systems is looking for a talented IT Help Desk Engineer to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all company hardware, software, and network systems.
- Manage and maintain servers, user accounts, and company emails.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle software installation, updates, and license renewals.
- Oversee and maintain the company’s website and ensure it is up-to-date.
- Ensure all IT assets are properly configured and secure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networks, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience in server management and website maintenance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
