Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Help Desk Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential technical assistance to staff, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and hardware. Your expertise will support our mission of maintaining seamless IT infrastructure, enabling our team to focus on delivering quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware and software support for office staff and remote sales teams
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues over the phone, remote desktop, and in-person
  • Support users in the use of equipment and software by providing necessary training/advice
  • Install and maintain computer hardware, networks, and software
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets
  • Management of physical IT assets
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone or email, providing clear and effective technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware components such as computers, printers, and peripherals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or 2+ years experience
  • Experience supporting Windows systems in person or remotely
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office apps like Excel, Outlook, Word, etc
  • Ability to think critically and solve technical issues independently
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and willing to take ownership of projects
  • Solid understanding of computer networking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with iOS and Android

Preferred Experience

  • Managing Microsoft 365 or Exchange
  • Previous experience in an IT or helpdesk role

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
