Customer Care and Technical Support Representative

Provide exceptional technical support to our valued customers across the USA. Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues, explain complex technical information clearly, and resolve customer concerns efficiently. A successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities (Training will be given):

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues
  • Provide technical support and guidance
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer troubleshooting knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible shifts

Please note that this is a full-time, onsite position for the evening/night shift.
