Customer Service Representative (International)

We are looking for a responsible and confident International CSR to handle customer support tasks for our global clients. You will manage queries, solve issues, and ensure smooth daily operations. The goal is to deliver a professional and friendly customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through email, chat, and calls for international clients
  • Provide accurate and quick solutions to customers
  • Maintain proper records of all interactions
  • Coordinate with the operations team to resolve issues
  • Follow company guidelines and ensure high-quality support
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets
  • Report any problems or delays to the supervisor
  • Work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
  • Ability to work in night shifts (for international clients)
  • Basic computer knowledge and fast typing speed
  • Previous CSR/support experience
