Full job description

Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support
Location: Business Bay, Dubai

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive IT Helpdesk Support to join our team in the UAE. The ideal applicant will be in charge of managing IT administration duties in addition to daily IT support to guarantee seamless and effective operations throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users (hardware, software, and network issues)
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions
  • Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and IT infrastructure
  • Perform routine system backups and ensure data security
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of IT experience in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and basic server administration
  • Experience in CRM Zoho works with supplier support – Mandatory
  • Experience in IT administration and helpdesk support
  • Well-organized with strong documentation and time management skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills in English

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with firewall configuration and network security
  • Knowledge of backup solutions and cloud services
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
