IT Infrastructure Administrator

Proficiency in managing Windows Server, Linux, and Unix environments.

Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and experience with network devices (routers, switches, and firewalls).

Strong experience in Active Directory setup and administration and GPO.

Experience in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

In-depth understanding and experience of cybersecurity principles, practices, and tools, including firewall configuration and administration (Fortinet/Palo Alto), intrusion detection systems & data encryption.

Familiarity with security frameworks and standards proficiency in vulnerability assessment tools and techniques and experience conducting penetration tests and security assessments.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud infrastructure management.

Knowledge of storage technologies (SAN, NAS), file servers, and backup/recovery solutions.

Experience with IP telephony system configuration and maintenance (Avaya/Cisco)

Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including user authentication mechanisms.

Highly skilled in technical support for users and within the department.

Knowledge of IT data center setup & management.
